Shipping Information
All shipping rates are based on exact weights including packing supplies. Once you place an order with us, you will have a couple of shipping methods to choose from based on your own personal shipping needs. We offer a shipping calculated included in your checkout to determine estimated shipping cost to your location.
International Shipping / Import Duty Information
For delivery outside the United States, they maybe subjected to import duties and tax fees which is levied when the delivery reaches its specified destination. You will be responsible for any such payment. In some countries, additional charges may also apply. Please note we are unable to predict these amount and have no control over them. For information related to import duty please contact your local custom department before placing your order.
Delivery Times
We do our best to quickly ship all orders as stated above, however, we can not be responsible for any delays once we ship that may be caused directly by the USPS or FedEx. We add tracking to all orders with verification and proof of our shipping dates and times. If you feel that your package is taking a long time or just wish to check with us just let us know. We will do everything that we can to assist you in tracking your transit information. All orders placed before 5Pm will be processed the same business day exception only for out of stock items.

FREE shipping anywhere in the United States on purchases over $99. UPS Standard Ground Service is free to SlimCalfBoot.com customers. Allow 1-5 business days for receipt within the United States.
Free Shipping offer does not apply on shipments outside of the United States.

If you would like to pay for UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air shipping are also available.
Return/Exchanges
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be gladly accept a return or exchange.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order simply log-in to your account go to the return section find your order and request for return or exchange authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards). Credits applied to Bill Me Later accounts may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your statement (up to one full billing cycle). Credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.

For your protection, we recommend you send your return via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. Postage is required on all return packages, however, your exchange is shipped back to you freight free. Please do not use the product box as your shipping box. We are only able to refund freight if the product is defective and you need an Exchange or a shipping error is made on our part.
Please Note we are extra cautious when it gets to the boots that are being customized to your calf size therefore return for customized boots are not accepted.
